HR.com Partners with DDI to Provide Access

<p><strong>Aurora, Ontario &mdash; March 21</strong><br />HR.com and Development Dimensions International (DDI) have enhanced and expanded their partnership to allow HR.com members access to DDI&rsquo;s OPAL online performance and learning system. </p><p>The new agreement will give HR.com&rsquo;s Premier Members access to the just-in-time development/coaching solution. </p><p>In addition, individual subscriptions and corporate subscriptions will be available for sale through HR.com&rsquo;s online HR Marketplace. <br /><br />&ldquo;Today&rsquo;s HR professionals face a critical challenge in being able to identify competency gaps and then train individual contributors and leaders to meet their development needs,&quot; said Debbie McGrath, HR.com CEO. &quot;Time and time again, our members tell us that leadership skills are top priorities for them, which is why we are thrilled to offer our 135,000-plus community members&rsquo; access to OPAL.&quot; </p><p>HR.com is dedicated to providing its members with the tools and resources they need to be more effective and efficient. </p><p>OPAL is a complete online competency development and day-to-day resource that enhances employee performance. </p><p>It provides a cost- and time-effective way for employees to receive just-in-time coaching and expert guidance on handling work situations and developing important business competencies.<br /><br />Accessible via the Internet, OPAL consists of two learning components. </p><p>The Advisor element provides a wide range of just-in-time practical guidelines for handling tough work situations. It also includes 300-plus learning tools &mdash; checklists, road maps, planners and intervention techniques &mdash; designed to help people apply what they learn on the job. </p><p>The Developer component is an online mentor for professional development.
