Help Employees Retain Training, Develop Into Leaders Leveraging HR Technology

Company officials will present how they go beyond training workshops to embed learning and help their workforce embrace collaboration and change with the help of a Web-based platform, Total Access, at a April 9 Webinar, sponsored by the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM).

During the Webinar, Henry and Bell Zeidman of Interaction Associates will lead participants through Kaiser’s strategic process for moving to this platform and will demonstrate the capabilities of Total Access.

The Webinar will be held from 9 – 10:30 a.m. (PT); 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (CT); and noon – 1:30 p.m. (ET) on April 9. It has been approved for 1.50 recertification credit hours toward Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute.
