<strong>Philadelphia &mdash; Feb. 19</strong><br />Yoh, a provider of talent and outsourcing services and a unit of Day & Zimmermann, has signed a three-year recruitment outsourcing agreement with Syngenta Inc. to identify, attract and hire high-impact talent for nine Syngenta locations.
