<p><strong>West Des Moines, Iowa &mdash; Nov. 9</strong><br />GeoLearning Inc., a provider of managed learning services and on-demand performance and learning technology, has been recognized for excellence in marketing and product positioning with the “Best Marketing Initiative” award at the 2007 Software Industry Awards. The honor was presented to GeoLearning for its creative concept and execution of the GeoMaestro 5 Series “The Next Frontier” marketing campaign and was presented at the 2007 Software Industry Awards, held at the Software Business 2007 Conference in Santa Clara, Calif., and sponsored by Software Business Online.<br /><br />The marketing team at GeoLearning developed the innovative campaign, positioning the company&#39;s latest version of its learning management system &mdash; the GeoMaestro 5 Series &mdash; as a simple and powerful platform to manage enterprise learning and performance. E-marketing, print advertising, direct mail and event marketing all played a role in an integrated product launch program responsible for communicating GeoLearning&#39;s message of product innovation, robust functionality and ease-of-use to decision makers in the learning and performance industry. With headlines including “Ready to Launch”, “Get on Board” and “The Next Frontier”, many of the campaign&#39;s individual components generated response rates greater than 50 percent, with some activities approaching 80 percent.<br /><br />”This award honors the ingenuity and combined strength of our marketing and product management teams,” said Frank Russell, president and CEO of GeoLearning. “It showcases the relevance of GeoMaestro&#39;s message to today&#39;s learning leaders.
