Sunrise, Fla. — Sept. 21
Learn.com, a provider of on-demand workforce development and productivity, has announced that the General Services Administration (GSA), headquartered in Washington, D.C., has deployed the LearnCenter platform to administer, track and manage vital employee compliance, talent management and certification tasks throughout the agency.

The GSA serves as a centralized procurement and property management agency for the federal government, and it manages more than one-fourth of the government’s total procurement dollars and influences the management of $500 billion in federal assets, including 8,600 government-owned or leased buildings and 205,000 vehicles.

The GSA’s mission to provide superior workplaces, expert technology solutions, acquisition services, purchasing and eGov travel solutions and management policies, at best value, allows federal agencies to focus on their core missions.

The GSA provides a considerable number of training and compliance programs to its employees.

Following the agency’s rapid growth, the GSA required a more robust system to manage not only compliance training programs but its talent management functions, and certifications, as well.

Before partnering with Learn.com, the GSA was using systems that were not integrated, which created manual record-keeping headaches.

The agency selected the LearnCenter platform to combine all of its systems into one holistic solution and to develop, track and manage its onboarding, skill gap analysis, performance management and succession planning functions.
