<p><strong>St. Petersburg, Fla. &mdash; June 26</strong><br />The Employer Services segment of First Advantage Corp. has announced the newest version of its First Advantage HMS talent acquisition and applicant-tracking software. </p><p>The new release adds powerful personalization options designed to improve recruiters&rsquo; and hiring managers&rsquo; ability to display the information they need about candidates at a glance. </p><p>First Advantage HMS integrates all hiring-related services on a single platform, manages both hourly and salaried hiring and features extensive global capabilities.<br /><br />&ldquo;The No. 1 challenge companies face relative to employees is finding the right talent when needed,&rdquo; said Kevin Martin, Aberdeen Group human capital management research director. &ldquo;To address this challenge, a top strategic action companies are pursuing or considering is to assess candidates for skills, attitudes or motivation early in the hiring process.
