eQuest to provide Starbucks Worldwide Job-Delivery

<p><strong>San Ramon, Calif. &mdash; Oct. 3 </strong><br />eQuest has signed an agreement with Starbucks Coffee Co. to provide global job posting management, consulting and interactive media representation for its global staffing department.<br /><br />eQuest is a worldwide supplier of domestic and international job-posting delivery services, including worldwide job board management representation.<br /><br />Starbucks will leverage many eQuest services, including its Internet technology to better understand online candidate sourcing, its delivery network of hundreds of career sites around the world and its interactive media consulting division to develop more-effective advertising strategies, improve its job board ROI and widen Starbucks&rsquo; job posting reach.<br /><br />&ldquo;Starbucks is in the business of human connections, community involvement and the celebration and support of many cultures,” said Phil Hendrickson, Starbucks manager of global talent sourcing strategies. “Our talent sourcing plan, with the assistance of eQuest, is to expand these practices as we search out the finest talent for our business units while at the same time maintaining our uncompromising principles.&rdquo;</p><p>John Malone, eQuest president and CEO, echoed the sentiment.</p><p>&ldquo;We are pleased to be working with the team at Starbucks,&rdquo; Malone said. &ldquo;Our end-to-end job board management tools and services will help build a streamlined talent sourcing process and more effective use of interactive recruitment media, resulting in an improved ROI for Starbucks.&rdquo;</p>
