EnergyUnited Goes Live with GenevaPlus HR

<p><strong>Florham Park, N.J. &mdash; Aug. 24</strong><br />UnicornHRO, a provider of human resources, payroll and benefits administration solutions, has announced that EnergyUnited went live with GenevaPlus HRIS SaaS functionality in June.<br /><br />EnergyUnited is North Carolina&rsquo;s largest electric cooperative company. </p><p>Headquartered in Statesville, N.C., EnergyUnited is the third-largest supplier of residential electricity in the state, with a service territory that stretches south from the Virginia border and includes three of North Carolina&#39;s largest cities: Charlotte, Winston-Salem, and Greensboro. </p><p>With more than 350 employees, EnergyUnited felt a human resource system would provide operational efficiencies.<br /><br />GenevaPlus proved to be a cost-effective, functionality rich solution for EnergyUnited&rsquo;s human resources and benefit departments. </p><p>&ldquo;We were impressed with UnicornHRO&rsquo;s implementation methodology which allowed our teams to work closely and effectively together to deliver a great business solution,&rdquo; said Kathleen Hart, EnergyUnited CIO.<br /><br />With GenevaPlus, EnergyUnited&rsquo;s employees are looking forward to using the employee self-service portal to update their employee information. </p><p>The fully integrated, Web-based environment empowers EnergyUnited&rsquo;s HR and benefit departments to efficiently manage all human resources and benefits administration processes. </p><p>UnicornHRO&rsquo;s client solutions team was able to provide EnergyUnited with a solution that met their needs.</p>
