E-Learning Guild Honors Plateau with Gold Awards

<p><strong>Arlington, Va. &mdash; April 4</strong><br />Plateau Systems, a provider of software for developing, managing, rewarding and optimizing organizational talent, has announced that customers have rated the company a leader in customer satisfaction and market share in the eLearning Guild&rsquo;s recently released 360-Degree Learning Management Systems (LMS) report.&nbsp; </p><p>The report covers 135 LMS vendors, and it recognized Plateau with three Gold Awards as part of the eLearning Guild Member Choice Awards.&nbsp; </p><p>Plateau received awards in the categories of overall customer satisfaction for large corporate LMSs, overall customer satisfaction for small and medium corporate LMSs and market share for large corporate LMSs.<br /><br />The eLearning Guild is a member-driven community of practice where e-learning design, development and management professionals can focus on their own professional development, enhance their peer network and identify resources for ensuring their organizations&#39; e-learning projects are successful.&nbsp; </p><p>The eLearning Guild Members Choice Awards are based on the 360-degree report that surveys member participants&rsquo; views on which LMS tools they use.&nbsp; </p><p>Overall vendor satisfaction awards were determined by asking members to rate products on a 1-10 scale in four categories: </p><ul><li>Would Use Vendor Again</li><li>Vendor Responsiveness</li><li>Learning/Implementation Curve </li><li>Cost/Benefit</li></ul><p>&ldquo;The eLearning Guild awards, coupled with the recent Bersin &amp; Associates research, in which Plateau is rated a customer satisfaction leader, validates our continued commitment to and proven track record of making customers successful,&rdquo; said Paul Sparta, Plateau chairman and CEO. &ldquo;We are honored that the members of the eLearning Guild have recognized Plateau for delivering innovative LMS solutions that are further differentiated and complemented by our world-class customer service and support.&nbsp; </p><p>&quot;We will continue to invest considerable time and money in innovating and delivering solutions that make our customers successful in developing and managing their talent.&rdquo;</p>
