Corporate Counseling Associates Names VP

<strong>New York &mdash; Nov. 15</strong><br />Corporate Counseling Associates Inc. (CCA) announced that Thomas Diamante, Ph.D., has joined the firm as vice president, consultative services. Diamante has 20 years of cross-industry experience in human resources strategy, change management and executive development.<br /><br />He most recently worked at Merrill Lynch, where he served as vice president of corporate strategy and development; prior to that, he was lead change consultant and senior manager at KPMG Consulting. Earlier in his career, he held human resources management positions at Altria, a Philip Morris company.<br /><br />Diamante fills the role previously held by Steve Salee, who has been promoted to senior vice president, consultative services.<br /><br />Frequently published in practitioner and research journals, Diamante holds a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from The Graduate Center, City University of New York. He is also a contributing author to books on leadership assessment, group dynamics, organizational effectiveness and management.
