Cornerstone OnDemand Receives “Positive” Rating

<p><strong>Santa Monica, Calif. &mdash; May 23</strong><br />Cornerstone OnDemand Inc., a provider of integrated, on-demand talent management solutions and services, has received a &ldquo;Positive&rdquo; rating in Gartner&rsquo;s &ldquo;MarketScope for Employee Performance Management Software, 2007.&rdquo;</p><p>Cornerstone thinks Gartner&rsquo;s &ldquo;Positive&rdquo; assessment reflects its continued momentum in the fast-growth performance and talent management market. </p><p>The criteria Gartner used to evaluate the 28 vendors in the Employee Performance Management (EPM) MarketScope include marketing strategy, product development strategy, business model, product/service offering, overall viability, sales execution and customer experience.<br /><br />&ldquo;As indicated in the report, the EPM market is highly competitive, and we view this &#39;Positive&#39; rating as validation of our continued growth and strong position in the performance and talent management market,&rdquo; said Adam Miller, Cornerstone OnDemand president and CEO. &ldquo;Moreover, Gartner expanded this year&rsquo;s MarketScope to include succession planning and compensation management, in addition to employee performance management.
