Santa Monica, Calif. — Nov. 8
Cornerstone OnDemand Inc., a provider of on-demand, integrated talent management software and services, and Astadia, a management consulting and on-demand technology solutions company, announced a strategic alliance to provide implementation and educational services for Cornerstone’s rapidly growing roster of clients. Through the partnership, Astadia will support Cornerstone’s consulting team in delivering technical, educational and implementation consulting services to Cornerstone clients across the globe.

“Astadia understands our commitment to delivering world-class service,” said Kirsten Helvey, vice president of consulting services at Cornerstone OnDemand. “Their proven methodology, consulting knowledge, attention to detail, focus on quality and culture of excellence match ours.”

“We believe Cornerstone is a perfect fit for Astadia and for our Employee Performance practice,” said Blake Wolff, COO of Astadia, “But more importantly, our clients will benefit from Cornerstone’s incredible suite of talent management solutions by bringing a new level of learning and accountability to their organization.”

“Astadia has been the top partner for two of our leading on-demand portfolio companies — Eloqua and Xactly — and we expect in short order with Cornerstone, it will be three,” said Neil Sadaranganey, venture partner with Bay Partners. “Astadia will further enable Cornerstone to continue to scale quickly while still providing industry-leading client service.”

Cornerstone received top ratings for customer service in Bersin and Associates’ study, “2007 LMS Customer Satisfaction: An Industry Analysis of the Customer Experience with Learning Management Systems.” Cornerstone OnDemand was rated as the overall satisfaction leader in all three segments in which it appeared. Additionally, Cornerstone was one of only three companies to be identified as a customer loyalty leader.
