Comodo Sponsors Performing Arts Initiative

<p><strong>Jersey City, N.J. &mdash; June 20</strong><br />Comodo, a global certification authority and provider of identity- and trust-assurance management solutions, will be a supporter of the performing arts and has funded the creation of the Eric Emanuel New Works Fund, in memory of Comodo Chairman Eric Emanuel.</p><p>The sponsorship supports the artistry of artistic director Jennifer Muller/The Works, including the world premiere Muller&#39;s latest dance, &quot;Edge.&quot; </p><p>The Eric Emanuel New Works Fund will annually support the creation of one new dance by Muller and also will sponsor the work of an emerging choreographer, thereby forging a line to continue the Muller legacy, in which Emanuel so strongly believed. </p><p>Emanual was a longtime supporter of this contemporary dance company, and his efforts and advocacy demonstrated a true love for the expressive power of dance. </p><p>The New Works Fund celebrates Emanuel&#39;s vitality and entrepreneurial spirit, and it will stand as a lasting legacy to his vision. </p><p>The new creations supported by the New Works Fund will be essential to expanding The Works&#39; visibility and promoting new tour engagements around the world.<br /><br />Comodo also has extended its support to underwrite the international airfare for Rosie Lani Fiedelman, a member of The Works, for its 2007-2008 China tour.<br /><br />&quot;Comodo is thrilled to sponsor such a wonderful, talented organization that reaches so many,&quot; said Melih Abdulhayoglu, Comodo CEO and chief security architect. &quot;Our sponsorship of the Jennifer Muller/The Works is a meaningful way to continue to honor the memory and passion of our chairman, Eric Emanuel.&quot;</p>
