<strong>Tampa, Fla. &mdash; Feb. 27</strong><br />Paradigm Learning announces that co-founders Raymond Green and Catherine Rezak have been selected by ISA (Association of Learning Providers) to receive the 2008 Thought Leadership Award.<br /><br />This award recognizes those whose body of work in support of organizational learning and corporate performance has significantly influenced people and companies. Through advocacy of ideas and commitment to actions, recipients not only positively influenced clients and industry colleagues, but also facilitated respect for the learning and performance industry overall.<br /><br />Green and Rezak meet ISA&rsquo;s criteria by demonstrating out-of-the-box concepts, ideas, products and/or services that have helped to promote organizational training in business acumen, leadership accountability, organizational change, project management and more. They have consistently challenged training and learning myths and traditions in this field. Many times, thought leadership requires challenging current-state practices and norms.<br /><br />Some recent recipients of this award have been, Elliott Masie, Ken Blanchard, Bob Pike, Cal Winter, Jack Zenger and Jim and Dana Robinson.<br /><br />Founded in 1978, Association of Learning Providers remains the only association committed to advancing organizational training and resolving issues of the industry experts. ISA members share a passion for learning and work hard to provide for better solutions for training industry.<br />
