Buck Consultants Announces Addition of Principals

Buck Consultants announced the addition of two principals this week. Kelly Swart has joined the firm’s Pittsburgh office, and Jean Herreman has joined the Atlanta office.

Swart joins Buck from Mercer Human Resource Consulting. Her expertise includes retirement program design, funding, financial management and administration. She received a bachelor’s degree in math and actuarial studies from Thiel College. She is an Enrolled Actuary and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Herreman joins Buck from The Hackett Group. Her human capital expertise includes HR strategy, talent and performance management, total rewards and succession planning. Her experience includes developing a talent management maturity model and leading research that identified correlations between talent management and corporate financial performance.

Herreman received a bachelor’s degree from Clarion University and an MBA from York University in Toronto. She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designations and is a member of the Human Capital Institute and SHRM.
