Bristol Global Mobility, which provides U.S. domestic and international employee relocation management and consulting services, announced the appointment of four seasoned industry executives to senior management posts.

Recently appointed President Joseph M. Cardini has named John O’Connell vice president of international strategic solutions, Nancy L. Paris vice president of strategic consulting and Lynn Davis vice president of relationship management.

Cardini was formerly vice president of business development for UNIRISC Inc., a leading provider of risk management and insurance claims services to the relocation industry. A respected authority within the relocation industry for 22 years, Joe’s broad experience with Cartus and Prudential positioned him to lead Global Alliance Management and Product Development teams. With a CRP Certification, Cardini is an active relocation industry member.

O’Connell formerly served as senior vice president of international business and operations with Prudential Relocation. During his 9-year career in the industry, managing multicultural teams throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas, he held positions in operations, business development and client relations. Prior to joining the mobility industry, O’Connell managed the international division of HR and Associates, a midsize market research firm focusing on global expansion of restaurant franchises. O’Connell holds a B.A. in Spanish from DePauw University and an MBA in international business from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management.

Paris formerly served as an executive with Drake Beam Morin, a leading international human capital management firm. Her experience included engineering transformational transactions such as mergers, strategic restructuring, acquisitions and whole-scale organizational change for U.S. domestic and global organizations.

During her 22-years of business experience, Paris also held key positions with two global mobility management firms. Her consultative approach to analyzing employee mobility policies and processes for employees requiring relocations forged strategic partnering relationships with global human resource executives. An author and frequent national speaker, she is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management and the Human Resource Planning Society.

Davis has worked in the corporate relocation industry for 28 years and held previous leadership positions with two Fortune 500 companies, Intel and the Gap Inc., where she was responsible for domestic relocation, international assignment management and visa/immigration programs. Her background also includes extensive group move management and client services management for a major corporate on-site operation.

Lynn, a Worldwide ERC legend with a SCRP designation, has served on the SCRP Board of Directors, and is a recipient of the SCRP “Meritorious Service” and “Distinguished Service” Awards. She currently is a Worldwide ERC Global Mobility certification faculty member and is a frequent conference presenter and author.
