Asigra’s COO Joins MSP Alliance Vendor Advisory Board

<strong>Toronto &mdash; May 27</strong><br />Asigra Inc., a provider of agentless information recovery management solutions, empowering service-oriented business continuity for the real-time enterprise, announced that Asigra COO Eran Farajun has joined the MSP Alliance (MSPA) Vendor Advisory Board. In his advisory role, Farajun will support the organization with technical and marketing best practices for information recovery services.<br /><br />The MSPA board helps advance the managed services industry on a worldwide basis and serves as an advocate for best practices. Executive board members address and resolve vendor-specific issues related to creating technical standards, supporting the global Managed Service Provider (MSP) profession and improving relationships between vendors and MSPs.<br /><br />Farajun spearheads operational efforts for Asigra, an information recovery management platform provider for more than 22 years. The first to focus on desktop to data-center information recovery, Asigra has established itself as a leader with recognition from leading analysts including Gartner, IDC and Ovum and significant business traction in the delivery of service-oriented backup and recovery. <br /><br />Industry milestones achieved by the company are extensive and include delivery of Asigra Televaulting, an agentless information recovery platform for managed service providers. Asigra Televaulting enables enterprises to reduce the cost, performance, interoperability, security and compliance issues associated with agent-based backup and recovery solutions.<br /><br />Farajun has been integral in bringing information recovery services to the mainstream through market education emphasizing the benefits of service-oriented backup and recovery. He is responsible for overseeing Asigra&rsquo;s strategic long-term initiatives for the company&rsquo;s Televaulting information recovery management platform and brings nearly 10 years&rsquo; experience in marketing utility storage software technologies.
