Andrew Anderson Joins Springbok Services

<strong>Englewood, Colo. &mdash; Jan. 16</strong><br />Springbok Services Inc. announced the addition of Andrew Anderson to the company&rsquo;s leadership team. Anderson has assumed the role of vice president of human resources. Anderson joins Springbok Services as it continues its growth as the leading provider of branded prepaid card solutions for businesses everywhere, utilizing its vertically integrated offerings to help its customers solve a myriad of business challenges.<br /><br />Anderson has already made an impact since his arrival at Springbok Services. He has managed the implementation of a new employee ownership program and also has improved employee medical, dental and wellness benefits. In addition, Anderson plans to refine the company&rsquo;s formal training process for employees at all levels.<br /><br />Customers of Springbok Services will also benefit from Anderson&rsquo;s expertise. As a seasoned veteran of the human resources field, Anderson will have a significant impact in the design of corporate incentive and rewards programs and help ensure that customers receive the best support and customer service possible.<br /><br />Anderson&rsquo;s 30 years of business experience began in the fast-paced early years of Federal Express (FedEx), as an instructor in the training department. After being promoted to managing director, Anderson led a new start-up retail division of FedEx, managed major human resource projects, and implemented new ideas to complement the company&rsquo;s business.<br /><br />Anderson left FedEx as a senior managing director of operations and went on to leadership and management positions with companies such as Behavioral Technology Inc. and Medical Logistics Inc. Most recently, Andrew founded and owned Critical Path Inc., a human resource, training and international business consulting firm, where he served clients worldwide.
