Ana Dutra Joins Korn/Ferry International as CEO of Leadership Development Solutions Group

<strong>Los Angeles &mdash; Feb. 14</strong><br />Korn/Ferry International, a global provider of talent management solutions, announced it has appointed Ana Dutra as chief executive officer of its Leadership Development Solutions group and executive vice president of Korn/Ferry International. She succeeds Gary Hourihan, who has been named to the role of chairman of Leadership Development Solutions. <br /> <br />Dutra will be responsible for driving the global growth Of Leadership Development Solutions, Lominger International and LeaderSource and overseeing all operational aspects of the firm&rsquo;s leadership business. In his new role, Hourihan will focus on business generation, major account relationships and supporting the firm&rsquo;s intellectual property development.<br /> <br />Dutra, who will report directly to Gary Burnison, CEO of Korn/Ferry International, brings to Korn/Ferry more than 18 years of consulting experience, most recently at Accenture, where she was managing director of the firm&rsquo;s organization strategy practice. Prior to joining Accenture, she was with Mercer Management Consulting and, prior to that, held roles with Marakon Associates, CNA Consulting Group and CSC Index.
